Here is a sneak peek from sweet baby boy Bram. He was such a dream to work with and slept right through the whole session. Thank you baby Bram for being a pure joy to work with and hope your parents enjoy your sneak peek.
Another newborn that I could not help but share and like before this is from November…oh the holidays how they take over my life. I love how squishy and sweet Miss Nora looks in these images. The best part of capturing newborns, you get them in those first days when the parents are so tired and have a hard time to remember to eat let alone pick up their cameras. Thank you Troll family for yet another wonderful photo shoot!
Two words for this session…total BLAST! Alex has modeled in the past and she was so easy to direct and the images that came from this session were outstanding. I am going to keep my words short and sweet because I want the images to speak for themselves. Thank you Alex for such an amazing senior shoot, enjoy your senior year and good luck with your future…you my dear have such a bright future ahead of you!
Here is high school senior Erica who was such blast to photograph…she wanted pictures in the water and on a dock and sine I have not done this style of senior session yet I was all for it. I also have to say her mom and her were such troopers because only thirty minutes before their session my daughter had fallen on a huge rock and cut her leg open wide enough to see the bone. Well long story short I was a bit late for the shoot and my phone was going off the whole session with questions from my husband that sat with my daughter while she got stitches. Thankfully these two were great about me answering texts and calls (which I never turn my phone on during a session) during their session and so I felt bad, but so thankfully to have such understanding clients. Thank you Erica for be such a great client, not only are you beautiful but you are also kind and understanding…that my dear will take you far in life! Good luck this year and in the future!
Gorgeous Miss Taylor was beyond easy to work with her smile that is stunning and contagious (seriously couldn’t help but smile when you are around this girl). We had quite the session from horses almost stepping on us, to grasshoppers swarming us, then on to disturbing baby turkey vultures (now that was a first), then to almost sliding down a rock hill, and finally to an amazing sunset that we chased until we got the perfect shot. Thank you Taylor for going with all of my crazy ideas, have a wonderful senior year and good luck with your future (I am sure it will be bright because you my dear already shine).
Oh Miss Bailey..what can I say…Oh I know you are simply gorgeous and I truly can not believe you are starting your last year of high school. Sincerely where did the years go because I remember meeting you when you were about 18 months old…I know one thing your mom and I have not aged a bit, no way we are that old yet…well you know better than most that we at least don’t act that old! Oh honey you are an amazing girl that is going to take on the world and conquer it and exceed every dream you can imagine! Love you guys and enjoy this year…well not to much because we don’t want to cause gray years for your mama…that is Lauren’s job!
Let me introduce you to Aj who I meet at the Waukee football stadium bright and early on a Saturday morning. He wanted to represent his love for football and track so that was our focus for most of the session. Which I am predicting it now…this boy is going to go far in life! We also added in some old warehouse buildings and historical downtown area for more of an urban look. Thank you Aj for your brilliant smile and always ready to pose for me (which of course was not a problem…he was more than willing to pose), hope you enjoy your sneak peek.
